1. Access to training
Training on the ascent-academy.eu platform is available after successful registration and, for paid courses, after payment has been made.
Users have access to the content according to the terms of the individual training (e.g. permanent access, time-limited access), which are clearly indicated on the training page.

2. Replacements and cancellations
For training courses that involve payment, refunds are not possible after the user has been granted access to the content.
In the event of technical problems or a training course paid for in error, the user can contact:
info@ascent-academy.eu, and requests will be considered individually.
Instead of a refund, it is possible to transfer access to the training to another user with prior notice via e-mail.

3. Changes and cancellation by the organiser
ASCENT Sports d.o.o., as the owner of the platform ascent-academy.eu, reserves the right to change the schedule, content, or availability of training sessions.
In the event of technical unavailability or cancellation of the training by us, the user will be offered a full refund or an alternative training session.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content published on the website ascent-academy.eu and its e-learning platform is protected by copyright. Use, sharing, and reproduction of materials are permitted solely for personal, non-commercial use, and with respect for all copyright and proprietary rights.
By using this website, the user confirms that they are familiar with these terms and conditions and fully accept them.
