Our new, unique programme – BREATHING TECHNIQUE INSTRUCTOR – features a holistic approach to improving physical and mental health. It is an ideal combination of ancient techniques and modern methods for optimising the body and mind. The programme integrates various breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system and reduce stress, cold exposure (Cold Water Therapy) to improve circulation, strengthen immunity and promote mental resilience, as well as the use of saunas and red-light therapy for detoxification, muscle relaxation and revitalisation.
This innovative programme also includes flow movements, designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and the connection between body and mind through conscious movement. The combination of these methods creates a unique experience that encourages regeneration, builds inner strength and resilience, and enhances awareness and focus.

Upon completion of this education, each participant will receive a certificate of qualification – issued pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1 of the Adult Education Act (N.N. 144/2021).
